Standard Support (Level 1): 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). This suits most of our business clients, offering reliable coverage during the busiest times of the working week.
First server: 3x additional device cost. Additional servers: 2x additional device cost each.
Base price includes 2 devices. Additional devices are charged at tiered rates:
- 3-10 devices: 25% of base price per device
- 11-25 devices: 20% of base price per device
- 26+ devices: 15% of base price per device
