If your business runs around the clock or simply can’t afford to wait, our Platinum package offers the fastest and most comprehensive support we provide. We aim to be onsite within three working hours of your call—and we’ll bring more than just our expertise.

Platinum clients receive loan equipment as standard. If your systems are down and you need to wait for new parts or devices, we’ll provide temporary replacements to keep your operations moving. It’s support on another level, designed for businesses that value time and continuity above all else.

And of course, just like all our other levels, we begin with a full review of your current backup and develop a disaster recovery plan that’s easy to follow and tailored to your setup. We’ll walk you through the plan in advance, so there are no surprises. Then, if disaster strikes, we’ll arrive quickly, set up temporary fixes, and get you back to normal as soon as possible.
