Standard Support (Level 1)
All of our Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum support packages come with our standard support hours: 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). This suits most of our business clients, offering reliable coverage during the busiest times of the working week. However, we know that some companies need a little more—and we’re happy to help.
Extended Weekday & Saturday Support (Level 2)
For those who need help outside of the usual hours, we offer Level 2 support. This extends your cover to 8am to 8pm from Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). It’s perfect for businesses with longer opening hours or for those who want peace of mind at the weekend. This upgrade adds 30% to your regular support pricing and offers a valuable safety net for busier schedules.
Full 365-Day Support (Level 3)
If your business never stops, our Level 3 support is here for you. With support available from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week—including weekends and Bank Holidays—you can rely on us year-round. This all-in, always-there service is ideal for mission-critical environments, and adds 60% to your standard support fees. Think of it as a small investment in uninterrupted productivity.
Home PC Support
We know that many of our clients also work from home—or simply need their home tech to run smoothly. That’s why we’re happy to extend our support services to your home PCs and networks, at no extra charge, provided you have support on your office PC with us. We’ll cover your home setup during the same support hours that apply to your business plan. It’s just our way of saying thank you and helping you stay connected, wherever you’re working from.
Loan Equipment in Emergencies
Technology doesn’t always cooperate—and if disaster strikes, we want to make sure you’re not left high and dry. If you experience a hardware failure and have ordered replacement equipment through us, we’ll provide loan PCs completely free of charge while you wait. This means you can continue running your business with minimal disruption, even during the most stressful moments. We’ll get you back on track without missing a beat.
